Job Title: Regional Vice President of C&I Sales, Canada

Acuity Brands is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Vice President of C&I Sales, Canada to lead our Canadian sales team and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on the strength of our product portfolio and sales force.
  • Establish market and target customer strategies in conjunction with the Sales Leadership team.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for increasing penetration within our addressable market.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sales and agency teams to achieve sales goals and initiatives.
  • Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management and utilizing available enterprise tools to improve processes and increase sales force effectiveness.
  • Oversee the recruiting, hiring, and development of the sales organization.
  • Implement company promotions and marketing initiatives through the network to achieve goals for the Canadian distribution network.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Thoroughly analyze problems, making and defending decisions that are well-supported by data.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel requirement will vary from 30 – 60%.
