Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at HM Tax Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of the office, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve office operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
