About the Role

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and a college diploma or CEGEP certificate. You will be working 35 hours per week and will be required to speak English fluently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels;
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency;
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals;
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally;
  • Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with regular customers;
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
