About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planner to join our team at 2789590 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our financial services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
  • Investment Advice: Provide expert advice on trust account investments, ensuring that clients' assets are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to optimize their financial performance.
  • Cash Management: Assist clients in managing their cash flow, ensuring that they have sufficient funds to meet their financial obligations.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Make recommendations concerning insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning to ensure clients' financial security.
  • Financial Product Sales: Arrange for the sale of financial products and investments, ensuring that clients are aware of the benefits and risks associated with each product.
  • Financial Audits: Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, ensuring that clients' financial records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions: The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
