Position Overview: Bilingual Client Services Specialist (French/English)

The Bilingual Client Services Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the client experience by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage client interactions efficiently from initial contact to resolution.
  • Handle various support channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Questrade’s offerings.
  • Provide technical assistance on our trading platforms.
  • Identify and present additional solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Resolve client issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay informed about Questrade’s products, services, and policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Candidate Profile:

You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).

Work Schedule:

The work schedule will consist of 5 days per week, not exceeding 40 hours. Shifts will vary, including evenings and weekends, with specific hours outlined for each day.
