About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical operations to ensure high standards in medical aesthetics, guiding and supporting the clinical team, developing personalized treatment protocols, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care in medical aesthetics.
  • Work in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer to create and enforce clinical protocols, policies, and procedures tailored to aesthetic treatments.
  • Maintain ongoing training and ensure compliance with current aesthetic trends to provide state-of-the-art treatments and uphold best practice.
  • Customized Treatment Planning
  • Perform cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins (e.g. Botox, fillers) and other aesthetic treatments.
  • Maintain effective communication and reporting with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer to ensure alignment on clinical and operational strategies.
  • Mentor and train staff on latest techniques, protocols, and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, administrative staff, and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the community about aesthetic services.
Requirements
  • Board Certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty preferred (e.g. dermatology, plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery).
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in the aesthetics field.
