Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 14020405 Canada Inc. as a Team Lead. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop sales workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
