Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Site Management: Direct the purchase of building materials, land acquisitions, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise contractors, staff, and other personnel to ensure effective project execution.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
  • Skills: MS Office, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and team player.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, driver's validity license check, and valid driver's license.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organization, and team player.
