We're a community of builders committed to building better communities. As a Field Coordinator with our Winnipeg office, you'll contribute to our team by:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with updating drawings and specifications.
  • Documenting field records for quality, production, labor, and materials.
  • Supporting inventory and tracking time sheets, costs, and quantities.
  • Preparing quantity takeoffs.
  • Monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections, deficiencies, and issue management.
  • Conducting basic safety inspections and training, identifying and correcting safety hazards, and leading by example in safety practices and procedures.
  • Assisting the project team with subtrade partner management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes, and billings, and workforce planning.
  • Supporting schedules and monitoring performance.
  • Creating construction sequence and work plans.
  • Construction surveying and layout, including as-built documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade, or a related field.
  • 1 year of progressive experience as a field coordinator is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders, including supervisors and subtrade partners.
  • Experience in Autodesk, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit is considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
