Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver successful projects and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue future business opportunities in various sectors, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of the industry.
  • Review and analyze RFP documentation and requirements, developing a winning strategy to secure new projects.
  • Manage and build relationships with clients and their project design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and lead the design team in creating compliant and innovative design solutions that meet RFP requirements.
  • Oversee the pre-construction service process for ICI or ICI-related projects, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of construction scopes, activities, scheduling, project management, and contract software.
  • Experience with legal and commercial agreements, including contract negotiation and management.
  • Background in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial construction, with a strong understanding of the Greater Ottawa Region market.
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
