Join Our Team as a Store Manager at Thriftys

Thriftys Family of Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail stores. Our brands include Bluenotes, Thriftys by Bluenotes, Aeropostale Canada, Amnesia, and West 49.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence in our retail stores, including effective control of payroll wage cost, loss prevention, and inventory management. You will also possess an entrepreneurial spirit, finding innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and exceed sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of brand ambassadors who embody the Thriftys brand lifestyle
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and stock management strategies
  • Coach and develop future leaders, holding the team accountable to their maximum potential
  • Execute responsibilities to meet expectations, exhibiting strength in accuracy, urgency, multi-tasking, and time management
