Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at Duke & Lion Family Co. in a food service establishment. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Ability to work in a noisy and hot environment
- Willingness to relocate

- Permanent work term
- 35 to 40 hours per week
