Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at Duke & Lion Family Co.
Job Summary:The Unit Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
