Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Director to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our business technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business technology strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of technology investments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in business technology or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering business technology solutions that drive business value.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business technology trends and innovations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $113,900.00 - $211,800.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
