Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Director to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our business technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business technology strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business technology solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our organization remains competitive.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in business technology or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Business Analysis Accreditation is an asset.
  • Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards.
