About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at W.T. Lynch Foods, a division of Solina. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance of all production, batching, and building equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems related to productions, building, utility room, and HVAC.
  • Weld different grades of metal for repairs and modification using different plant welding techniques such as Mig, Tig, and Arc.
  • Perform root cause analysis on equipment or systems failure.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and layouts.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including when working with hazardous materials or equipment.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment.
  • Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Millwright certification 433a.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analysis and decision-making skills.
