Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright to join our team at Solina. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance of all production, batching, and building equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems related to production, building, utility room, and HVAC.
  • Weld different grades of metal for repairs and modification using various plant welding techniques.
  • Perform root cause analysis on equipment or system failures.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and layouts.
  • Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Millwright certification 433a
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analysis and decision-making skills
