Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to our early childhood educators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver high-quality programs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular observations and assessments to ensure our programs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in an early childhood setting.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
