About the Role

Camp Jude Behavioural Specialist plays a vital part in our Community Programs, working closely with the Director of Community Programs to deliver exceptional experiences for our members. As a Behavioural Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment, promoting social inclusion, and fostering a culture of diversity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Behavioural Specialist programs that align with our Community Programs' goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Community Programs to ensure seamless program delivery and high-quality member experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of our Community Programs' policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect our commitment to diversity and social inclusion.
  • Work closely with our team to promote our Community Programs and engage with our members, stakeholders, and partners.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Behavioural Science, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Experience working in Community Programs, Behavioural Specialist roles, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
