Job Title: General Sales Manager

At Your Immigration Company - YIC Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales and trade operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating the work of regions and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Manage immigration programs and assist with the emergency needs of Canadian citizens abroad.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and trade operations.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a team environment.
  • Area of work experience: Immigration.
