Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Team Member to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness in Tsawwassen Mills. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing our products and spreading wellness through the in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to an environment of excellent customer service, sharing our products and spreading wellness through the in-store experience
  • Generate business results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue and comp growth goals, average sales per transaction (AVS), in-store traffic, conversion, and loyalty program growth
  • Share product knowledge with the team, making intentional recommendations for customers
  • Uphold presentation standards, elevating the in-store experience
  • Inspire and uplift the team through collaboration and embodying our core values
  • Choose culture first in everything you do, with a commitment to personal growth and self-awareness
  • Contribute to a team environment where all team members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion
Requirements
  • Available to work during our holiday season (November 15th to January 15th inclusive), as well as open availability on 'Black Friday', December 24th, December 26th and December 31st
