Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Team Member to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing our passion for wellness, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our products
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, upholding our values of Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness, and Belonging
  • Generate business results, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer loyalty
  • Share product knowledge with colleagues, ensuring a high level of product expertise and making intentional recommendations to customers
  • Uphold presentation standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that reflects our brand
  • Inspire and uplift colleagues through collaboration and by embodying our core values
  • Contribute to a team environment where all team members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion
Requirements
  • Available to work during our holiday period, including Black Friday and December 24th-26th
