Night Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Wyndham Fallsview. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front desk and guest services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback, employee performance, and operational metrics.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
- Criminal record check required.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
