Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Night Shift Operations: Ensure that all night shift tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and addressing guest concerns.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and motivate a team of night shift staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our guests have a positive experience at Falls Lodge and Suites.
  • Maintain Facilities: Ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, including performing regular checks and addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
