About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Advisor to join our Client Engagement team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering a new omnichannel customer engagement experience and deploying personalized marketing technology components to meet business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, evolve, and exploit business requirements to support a consistent omnichannel customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver communications and continuously optimize customer journeys according to results obtained, aligned with the strategy implemented by the Senior Relationship Advisor.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience at all times, working closely with various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business growth by delivering an optimal and timely experience, aligned with the senior advisor's development strategy and business priorities.
  • Analyze data and channels to confirm business opportunities and define the approach to be taken, in collaboration with the Customer Experience, Data, and Customer Strategy teams.
  • Create points of contact according to business needs and priorities and carry out communications from various points of contact in the customer journey, using the appropriate channels identified.
  • Orchestrate activities and deliverables with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain proactive communication with partners to understand reality on the ground and adjust strategies and pathways as needed.
  • Define tests and analyze performance results to optimize journeys and validate the impact on customer engagement.
  • Socialize results and recommendations to stakeholders.
About the Team

You will be part of a large team of 7 colleagues and report to the Director. Our apprenticeship-in-action training programs will help you master your craft, and personalized training content on diverse topics will be available to support your continuous learning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related discipline and 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in a large organization.
  • Strong background in relationship marketing, personalized and digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of banking data, products, and processes, project management, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to materialize business objectives in customer-centric journeys that are measurable and quantifiable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support delivery teams in their risks and challenges.
  • Strong work ethic with autonomy, proactivity, organization, and rigor.
  • Ability to identify and continuously improve ways of doing things.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian, Excel, Adobe Analytics (dashboard), and Salesforce Marketing cloud project management tools.
