About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Gym Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and information regarding our facilities, services, programs, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train employees to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients.
  • Assist with employee hiring, prepare work schedules, and develop standard operating procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate facility use, program registration, and other initiatives.
  • Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and relevant experience in a related field.
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification.
  • Experience working in recreation or community center facilities, sports, leisure, and community programs, health and safety practices, loss prevention, program registration, and PSP sponsorship programs.
Competencies and Skills
  • Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
Language Requirements

English is essential, and bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
