Job Title: Front Desk Gym Supervisor

At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Gym Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support in our recreation and fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train employees to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Assist with employee hiring, scheduling, and performance management
  • Prepare and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient facility operations
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate facility use and program registration
  • Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and relevant experience in a related field
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • Experience in recreation or community centre facilities, sports, leisure, and community programs, health and safety practices, loss prevention, and program registration
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • English essential, bilingual (English and French) an asset
