Job Title: Front Desk Gym Supervisor

At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Gym Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and information regarding our facilities, services, programs, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train employees to provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with employee hiring and prepare work schedules
  • Develop and implement operating policies and procedures
  • Liaise with other departments on facilities use and registration for programs
  • Address minor disputes and refer conflicts to management when necessary
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and relevant experience in a related field
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • Experience in recreation or community centre facilities, sports, leisure, and community programs
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices, loss prevention, and program registration
Language Requirements:
  • English is essential, with bilingualism (English and French) an asset
