**Job Summary**

The Director of Communications, Government will lead and manage the comprehensive spectrum of communication functions at Leaders International, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency, and maximum impact. The role involves providing strategic oversight, measuring success, and analysing data to seize opportunities for growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive communications management, shaping the brand identity and visibility of Leaders International while integrating messages across various channels.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote the organization's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of communication initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in communications and government relations, with a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and public affairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform communication strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
