Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks: Design and implement effective corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Advise Senior Management: Provide expert guidance to our senior management team on governance issues, ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with best practices.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and assess our company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance.
  • Monitor Governance Effectiveness: Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of our governance practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Prepare Governance Reports: Develop and present reports to our board of directors and senior management on governance-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate governance or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and report-writing abilities.
