Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure effective service delivery to Indigenous communities.
  • Provide secretariat support to the Panel and coordinate with government agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the development of data and analytics frameworks to inform decision-making.
  • Assess and analyze programs, procedures, and standards related to operational service delivery.
  • Cultivate a strong commitment to service excellence within the unit and among the wider team.
  • Support the Director and Executive Director in achieving the mandate, goals, and operations of the ADMO and the Division.
  • Create and oversee the implementation of administrative and operational mechanisms to facilitate program delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure strategic operations.
  • Identify, plan, and advance strategic priorities through government's decision-making process.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Indigenous community engagement and government operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational plans and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
