We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as Vice President - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
- Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Collaborate with regional, divisional, and departmental teams to achieve organizational objectives
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
- Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed
- 5 years or more of experience in a leadership role
- Strong background in health, education, social services, and community development
