KPMG Canada is seeking highly motivated and ambitious undergraduate business students who are pursuing their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation to join our team as full-time hires in the Deal Advisory practice.
Our TeamOur Deal Advisory team is a multi-disciplinary team that provides expert advice to clients on a wide range of business issues. We work closely with our clients to help them improve their business performance, leverage technology investments, protect financial assets, manage risk, and boost market confidence.
Transaction ServicesOur Transaction Services team advises clients through the deal cycle, from pre-deal planning to post-deal support. We help private equity and middle market clients to buy, sell, and finance businesses. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients to analyze potential transactions, perform robust financial due diligence, highlight risks and opportunities associated with the transaction, and understand how the transaction aligns with strategic business objectives.
