Career Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our Food and Beverage team at PARC Retirement Living.

About the Role:

  • As a Dining Room Server, you will be a core member of our team, responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests.
  • You will go above and beyond to meet our residents' and visitors' expectations while they dine with us.
  • You will serve each meal with attention to presentation, following proper food-handling procedures and accommodating any special dietary needs or preferences.
  • You will provide room service and clean and set up the dining room between meals, washing dishes when needed.

About You:

  • You have a keen eye for detail and knowledge of proper food-handling procedures.
  • You bring a positive energy to all you do and are able to adapt to new situations quickly and solve problems professionally.
  • You have similar restaurant or hotel serving experience, along with your Food Safe I, Serving it Right and WHMIS certifications.
  • You are an excellent communicator in English and a customer service superstar, with the ability to build relationships.
  • You understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families and the professionals engaged in their care.
