At PARC Retirement Living, we are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Cristalina PARC in Kelowna. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all cookware, dishware, and cutlery.
  • Help maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Assist with stock control, food preparation, and serving meals as needed.
  • Work in an ergonomically safe manner, practicing proper lifting, bending, and reaching techniques.

Requirements:

  • Grade 10 education or equivalent.
  • Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment and knowledge of food service practices.
  • FoodSafe Level 1 and WHMIS certifications.
  • Ability to work safely with chemicals and around hot water, steam, and open flame.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 10 kilograms, and bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and carrying.
