About the Dining Room Server Role

We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Server to join our Food and Beverage team at PARC Retirement Living. As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve meals with attention to presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
  • Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide room service and clean and set up the dining room between meals.

About You

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to new situations. You should have similar restaurant or hotel serving experience, along with Food Safe I, Serving it Right, and WHMIS certifications.

Requirements

A prerequisite of employment is that all new hires are fully vaccinated as approved by Health Canada. We also require a Criminal Record Check and a TB test within the first month of employment.
