We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at CansGlobal Consulting Company Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in supervising and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and other customer service software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role in a consulting company.
