About the RoleThis role will work closely with the CEO and key senior leadership members to ensure strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations are effectively managed. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, provide strategic guidance and support in decision-making processes, and lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
You'll oversee operational functions, including budget management, resource allocation, and process optimization. Facilitate collaboration on company-wide initiatives and projects, represent the executive in meetings, both internally and externally, when required, and take the lead in managing day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and administrative support.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a background in project management, operations management, or related fields. Background in the medical field is a strong asset.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and working closely with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
