Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Appliance Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Advertise vacancy, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance, and show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
  • Physical Demands: Work with minimal supervision and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
