Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries in English and French via phone, email, and live chats in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide customer support including troubleshooting and assistance concerning product repair, use, and warranty.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries, disputes, and problems within department guidelines.
  • Continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Must be bi-lingual (French/English).
