Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Labour Management Group Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing various tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  • Operating various construction equipment, including bobcats, grouting machines, and drills
  • Assisting in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment
  • Working at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to operate various construction equipment
