Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Labour Management Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Help medical examiners in charge
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Steel-toed safety boots
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. The work environment will be dusty and may be dangerous at times.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule will be 37.5 hours per week.
