Job Description

Fragroma Inc. is seeking a skilled Reception Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and supervise a team of 5-10 receptionists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate reports, requisition materials and equipment, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate activities with other departments, establish work schedules, and ensure the efficient operation of our reception area.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and providing technical advice as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
