Reception Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Supervisor to join our team at Fragroma Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of 5-10 receptionists to ensure smooth operation of the front desk.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered in a timely manner.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and assign work to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
