Job Title: Reception Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Supervisor to join our team at NORTH NATION COUNSLTANT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of receptionists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff members.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling walk-in clients.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of receptionists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on front desk operations, including metrics on customer satisfaction and team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Access, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
