Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Maple Route Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Operations Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Task Organization: Organize tasks to accomplish the work, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and progress.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics operations management.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Proficient in MS Office, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Language: English language proficiency.
Our team at Maple Route Logistics works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We require our Logistics Operations Manager to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team.
