  • Job Summary
  • Booster Juice is looking for a seasoned Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food preparation team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of food quality and customer service are consistently met.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis
  • Requirements
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
