• Analyze KPIs for operational efficiency and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in sales development and operations management within the transportation industry.

• Strong understanding of transportation logistics processes and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a self-starter mindset and drive to exceed targets.
