Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MANREET TRUCKING LTD. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and ensuring that all office administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations
    • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and assembling data for reports.
  • Office Services
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
