About the Opportunity

The Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto is seeking a highly skilled radiologist to join our team in Thoracic Imaging. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for interpreting a broad range of thoracic imaging modalities, including CXR, CT, and MRI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret thoracic imaging studies, including CXR, CT, and MRI
  • Lead respiratory and thoracic tumor board rounds
  • Teach medical students, radiology residents, and cardiothoracic fellows
  • Participate in the on-call rotation program
  • Contribute to the development of clinical and research programs in thoracic imaging

Requirements

  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Fellowship in Diagnostic Imaging from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, American Board of Radiology, or international equivalent
  • Eligibility for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  • At least one year of post-residency fellowship training in thoracic imaging or cardiothoracic imaging
  • Eligibility for an academic appointment at the University of Toronto at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor
